1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jiligems platform, including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you are accessing jiligems on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the jiligems website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activities on jiligems. Each User is permitted to register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

jiligems accepts deposits via various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification and compliance with our security protocols. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). jiligems reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or denial of your withdrawal request.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jiligems is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that we deem suspicious. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide any requested documentation. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jiligems offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using automated systems to exploit promotions, is strictly prohibited. jiligems reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jiligems is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. We offer deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Self-exclusion requests can be made for periods ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on jiligems are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are certified for fairness by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced or manipulated by jiligems or any third party.

You agree to play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. Cheating, collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors, and any other form of unfair play is strictly prohibited. jiligems reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in unfair play.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

jiligems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering;
• Bonus abuse or unfair play;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward jiligems staff or other players.

Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will no longer have access to the Services. jiligems is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jiligems platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of jiligems or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on jiligems without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jiligems and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, or loss of data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of jiligems shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
